I am SO very excited to launch Women's Photography Circle webinars and online courses!


HOW DOES IT WORK: Webinars and online classes will have to be submitted for proposal and approved by Beth Mancuso.  If your proposal is not approved initially, that doesn't mean it won't be in the future.  


WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR IN A INSTRUCTOR? An ideal instructor has many years of photography experience and a positive attitude. It helps if you also have a strong online presence and awards and accolades that define you as an authority. It is not necessary to have these, but ultimately this will help sell your classes. All instructors will be required to sign a contract prior to launching any teaching event. All instructors are required to fill out a W-9 form and are responsible for claiming the income. WPC will provide a 1099 form for you around tax season.


ONLINE CLASSES: Will be hosted on our platform and promoted and marketed by us. It helps if you market it towards your audience as well. Interactive Online Classes should be 2-4 weeks in length, including video and text instruction and assignments for the students to submit to you for review. Instructors will also be expected to host a minimum of two live Q and A sessions with students, and be available to answer questions via email. You will be responsible for uploading and creating your course on the platform. If you aren't a little tech-savvy, this may not be for you. These classes are generally sold for $175 per student.


SELF-PACED ONLINE CLASSES: These are classes that are always available for purchase in the photography learning lab. They should be less material than an online class, and on a subject matter that is pretty straight forward.  These classes vary in price based on what is included but generally will be anywhere in the $65- $100 range per student. Payouts are quarterly on self-paced courses.


WEBINARS: Webinars should be 1-2 hours in length and have a clearly defined topic. Webinars are a one-time airing at a specific date and time. The recording is made available to students after the airing. Webinars are run via Zoom and co-hosted by a WPC staff member. Webinars are sold at $35 per student.


Women's Photography Circle will incur all fees associated with hosting the class. WPC will market your class through social media and email campaigns and handle all the registration.  Instructors will be paid 60% of the total revenue.

 ABOUT OUR AUDIENCE: WPC has over 25,000 members in Facebook groups, 12,000 Instagram followers, and 20,000 + email subscribers. The member base grows larger every day!
